Professional photographers lose hours a week to work that has nothing to do with photography: replying to inquiries, quoting rates, chasing proposal follow-ups, and manually checking a calendar before confirming a date. 46graus already gave photographers a site builder, a CRM, a store and a booking calendar; what it didn't give them was someone to run the front desk.

How do you build a dashboard where every screen is also something the agent can act on through a chat message? Two cores answer that. The dashboard tracks agent performance and conversations, while a persistent chat is where photographers ask their agents what matters right now — best lead, top opportunity, what needs a decision — and get an answer with a path to follow.

Customization stays simple by design: photographers teach their agents their own rates and services with a simple personalization, but the training comes from 46graus's data. The idea is to give photographers a simple and effective solution, not a complex custom agent builder.

Lastly, the agent is also context-aware: on the dashboard it scans every conversation for opportunities and conflicts; inside one thread it narrows to that context and suggests the next step, cutting time spent cross-checking messages and calendars.

Autonomy isn't all-or-nothing. The agent's rule is simple: act whenever the outcome is safe, ask whenever it isn't. It handles replies, scheduling, and negotiation on its own, using exactly how the photographer trained it, but locks and asks for confirmation on date conflicts, budget requests outside range, workload calls such as price adjustments on low months, and more. Those are the few decisions where guessing wrong actually costs the photographer something. Everything else just gets done, which is where most of a photographer's admin time was going in the first place.

46graus already gives photographers a website builder, a client CRM, an online store, an approval system, and a booking calendar. Each one is a mature and complete feature, and each is connected to the others.

The new agent feature enters as its own feature. It doesn't build a website or control store products, but it is connected to all the other services 46graus provides. So a new core function has been added to the primary navigation bar, where all these products live.

The agent can connect to this full hub of photographer tools by enabling connections, and interact with other core features like adding bookings to the calendar, sending products from the store to a customer, adding new leads to the CRM, and more.
